Wiggle Your Toes Summer 2022 Mobility Clinic

Reach for new levels of mobility—and challenge yourself at an end-of-season-race—through the Wiggle Your Toes Summer 2022 Mobility Clinic!
About this event
This mobility clinic is an adaptive fitness event and community for all ambulatory mobility levels. Whether you are a recent amputee or an experienced adaptative runner—we welcome you to join us! We will be offering free adaptive strength and agility workouts, track workouts, and distance road running workout options throughout most weekends in June, July, and August.
Our community will be concluding the season by running the Gopher to Badger 5K, 10K or 13M race on August 13—sponsored by Wiggle Your Toes—for those who wish to participate! Details to follow; please do not register for this race until an announcement is made.
